Youth Xplosions/Leadership Retreats:

SRS mentors meet with students and young adults to facilitate enlightening, lively and “no holds barred” discussions of real life situations encountered by these future leaders.  Participants in these sessions also receive guidance on preparation for life beyond high school, including preparing for college, mentoring, career guidance, and managing finances. 

Periodically,  student leaders are chosen to attend a weekend retreat which provide more in depth leadership training sessions, team building exercises, and opportunities to interact with business owners, various Professionals, and political leaders.
