Reaching Today's Youth for Tomorrow's Leaders
SRS is a non-profit 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization established in 1993 by a group of men whose life time friendship, education, life experiences and training in their respective professions have enabled them to achieve a level of personal and professional success.
OUR GOALS are to empower young men and women by providing a roadmap for success; motivate them to reach their potential; and create a Positive Force Team (“PFT”).
A PFT is a young man or woman who is equipped to be a role model in his/her school and community, thereby making a positive impact on their peers.
Our programs have reached over 15,000 youth and young adults in the Richmond Metro and Danville, Virginia areas.
